CALL FOR LEADERSHIP NOMINATIONS!
The Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CFCAR) is now inviting nominations for its 2026 Leadership positions: President-Elect (2027 President), Treasurer, Secretary, and two Director positions.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Commercial Association of REALTORS®, we invite you to submit an application for consideration by the Nominating Committee. Please submit your nomination no later than Friday, October 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

The report of the Nominating Committee shall be emailed to each Member eligible to vote at least two (2) weeks preceding the election. Any candidate who has complied with the nominating policy may be included on the ballot if notification is made to the Association at least two weeks before the election.
The election of Officers and Directors shall take place by electronic ballot on Thursday, October 23rd. The ballot shall contain the names of all candidates and the offices for which they are nominated.
The annual election results will be announced virtually. Zoom into the Election Results November 7th at 1:00 p.m.

In accordance with the CFCAR Bylaws:
Officers. The elected officers of the Association shall be: (a) President, (b) President Elect, (c) Secretary and (d) Treasurer and members in good standing. The President Elect shall succeed to the Presidency in the year following his or her term as President Elect.
Board of Directors. The governing body of the Association shall be a Board of Directors consisting of the elected officers, the immediate Past President of the board and six (6) elected Directors. One (1) elected Director may be an Institute Affiliate member and one (1) elected Director may be an Affiliate member in good standing. Directors shall be elected to serve for staggered two -year terms.
